The Body Workshop – Season 2 – with Martin PK is back with power packed and more intense exercises than the previous season. This season is more informative, it teaches the viewers the benefits of different variations of training exercises, and now features Health Tip and Myth of the Day segments.
It is a 15 minutes workout show, hosted by the vibrant fitness trainer Martin PK. The show aims to teach viewers that they do not only need to go to the gym for them to be fit and strong, but can also exercise where ever they are, i.e. in the hotel room, parking lot, bedroom, kitchen, e.t.c.
Join Martin PK on Mondays at 6:15 am, Tuesdays 9:15 am and Saturdays 6:15 am, and keep fit!
