The second episode of Talking Monuments still covers the Voortrekker monument also known as the Heritage Centre. In the first episode, the monument was introduced and several parts of it shown and elaborated on. In this episode, Gracia Senga who is led by the tour guide – Emma Fouche – visits the Famous Tapestry of the Great Trek; an embroidered relic, with 15 tapestries, embroidered with wool, with 15 tapestries, with 3.5 million stitches, 150 colours, and 230 human figurines in it, a great national treasure.
