Today on “Kids Can Cook”, Onalenna and Paballo show us three different methods for preparing tasty oat meals.

Oats are rich in beta-glucan, known to help lower levels of bad cholesterol. They also contain vital minerals (manganese, selenium, phosphorus, fibre, magnesium, zinc, carotenoids, tocols (Vitamin E), flavonoids and avenanthramides – a class of polyphenols). They thus make an extremely healthy diet.

The girls show you how to take it up a notch, by adding fruits and honey, to flavour and sweeten oats. Watch the video for more.
