The Constitutional Court has  dismissed Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s appeal against a personal costs order and confirmed the High Court’s adverse findings against the advocate. It upheld the order that she personally pay 15% of the South African Reserve Bank’s legal fees related to the Bankorp lifeboat matter, Mkhwebane  lost another court battle, this time to President Cyril Ramaphosa.As our reporter Innocent Semosa reports Mkhwebane has taken a very public lashing.
