On the 16th of June 39 years ago in Soweto, black South African students marched against the imposition of Afrikaans as the language of instruction in schools and were massacred. The Youth Live show commemorates this day.
After the successful first two episodes of The Youth Live Show, LoveWorldSAT brings you more on this exciting third episode. The dynamic line up on this special episode features, not the usual five guests but a full house of nine guests. The vibrant guests on this episode were; a poet Andey Monaise, rappers Lamech, Murphy and Arnold Van Knestra, Cassey Kaunda an inspiring young lady, Sthembiso Nkosi a young businessman, Jamie-lee Resandt a presenter on the Teevo Show, Monalisa Khumalo and Rupharo another presenter from Teevo.
It was a fun and uplifting episode as the guests shared their views on what they believe freedom is today. The teen guests spoke of the importance of the Word of God in the lives of young people in today’s world, and went on to emphasize that every teenager should own a copy of the Teevo Devotional authored by the Man of God Rev (Dr) Chris Oyakhilome.
The show took a playful turn as the presenters together with the guests took some time to play childhood games believed to have been played as far back as 1976.
The Youth Live Show truly celebrated June 16 in style. Watch this video to see more:
